If you were to cancel your booking within 6 weeks of the date of your event, you will be liable for the full ammount unless we are able to change it to a day within the same week of your booking which we do have available. If there are no spaces available then the charge to the school will be required in full. When attendng your school we do also require parking on site. Should this not be avaialble then parking arangement will need to be made for by the school.
In the event of your school being closed due to snow, we will aim to rescedule your booking to a day that is convenient for both parties. This booking has to take place within the same term as which the booking originally took. Unfortunatley we are unable to move your booking outside that period.
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we will need in order to be able to complete the order. We accept credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction cost into your own currency. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
From 12th September 2011, our standard UK P&P is £4.95. Delivery is FREE on orders over £40 (excluding delivery) being sent to UK addresses. We also offer an Nest Day dispatch service for a charge of £8.95 on all orders placed before 12pm the previosu day. Orders being sent to addresses outside the UK will have a charge added for postage/courier, which is calculated for you online.
Standard delivery times are 7 to 10 working days for orders (although this is usually much quicker). For school orders please allow 21 days for delivery unless stated otherwise.International delivery times will vary. For all orders please allow a maximum of 28 days for delivery. Please note that smaller UK orders are currently sent by 2nd class Royal Mail. Larger UK deliveries are sent by DHL, Hermes or Yodel 48 hr delivery.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Please note that you will not be charged for items until they are ready for dispatch.
Credit Card Security
When your order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on our web site.

Unless otherwise stated, we offer a full money back guarantee if goods are returned within seven days of receipt. This applies to UK orders only. We regret that goods returned used, damaged, opened or in damaged packaging cannot be refunded. We regret that unless your goods are faulty, we are unable to refund postage and packaging costs.

We regret that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that are damaged en route, or that do not arrive back. Postage will only be refunded in the case of damaged or faulty goods. Please note that any errors or omissions from an order must be reported within seven days of receipt of the items.
