Our Parents and Family Workshop can be run in several ways. Most commonly, it's a chance for children who’ve taken part in the day to return with their parents and siblings.
The workshop begins with the children demonstrating what they’ve learned and explaining how they’ll apply those skills in the future. It then opens into a fun, hands-on team challenge, where families work together to solve a variety of engaging puzzles.
The session typically lasts 90 minutes. Some schools include a snack supper, and the Puzzle Shop will also be open for parents to browse and buy.
Some schools use the workshop as a fundraiser by charging a small fee for attending families; a popular option, given the capacity of the workshop is up to 80 people.
