School Workshops 

If you were to cancel your booking within 6 weeks of the date of your event, you will be liable for the full amount unless we are able to change it to a day within the same month of your booking, subject to our availability. If there are no spaces available then the total event charge will be required in full. When attending your school we do also require parking on site. Should this not be available then parking arrangements will need to be made for by the school. Should we need to pay for parking, then this will be recharged to the school.

In the event of your school being closed due to snow, we will aim to reschedule your booking to a day that is convenient for both parties. This booking has to take place within the same term as the original booking. Unfortunately we are unable to move your booking outside that period.   

Please note, through the sessions we require two members of staff present per session. That can be class teachers or TA's.
